Hello Everyone Welcome to New Life

Hello everyone I would like to welcome you to my world. As I look at life's challenges I discovered that their is a better way to handle them. I am taking control of my thought process and meditating on what is more important. I meditate on what things are lovely, just, good, honest, faithful and pure. These are the things I think on and because I do my life has changed. I am not stressed. I am more focused then ever before. My life has changed for the better and I am loving it. In the relaxation process what I meditate on is very important and is what makes the difference.

  1. I love focusing on the positive's in life. I wish that I could say that I am not stressed. I used to not stress, but it has been difficult these past few months. I look forward to the time when I can sit and relax and truly feel relaxed.

  2. I think that you have a great focus on life goals. You're right, as long as you focus on those things, your life will feel more fulfilling and content. You feel as if you've accomplished so many things by feeling positive about your life.
